You deserve more than just getting through the day
Maybe you are anxious most of the time. Maybe everything feels heavy, or flat. Maybe a loss, a breakup, or a big change has knocked the ground out from under you. You can be functioning on the outside and still struggling on the inside.
I offer online therapy to people across California who want to feel like themselves again, or find out who they are becoming.
What we can work on
Anxiety. Worry that won't switch off, a racing mind, or a constant sense of dread. We build a clearer picture of what drives it and practical ways to settle yourself when it spikes.
Depression. When everything feels flat or heavy, even small tasks take effort. We talk it through, find what has stopped working, and slowly rebuild energy, motivation, and hope.
Grief and loss. Grief has no schedule. Whether the loss is recent or years old, you can bring it here without pressure to move on.
Relationship challenges. Communication breakdowns, boundaries, trust, and patterns that keep repeating. We focus on understanding your needs and expressing them with more clarity.
Life transitions. A move, a breakup, a career shift, or the end of a chapter can shake your sense of who you are. We help you get your footing and decide what comes next.
Self-esteem. If your inner voice is harsh, we loosen its hold and reconnect you with your strengths, values, and worth.

Therapy from home, across California
Sessions are by secure video, so you can show up from a space that feels comfortable and private, without the commute. I see clients located in California.
You don't have to have it all figured out
You don't need the right words or a clear plan. Your first session is a conversation about what brings you in and what you'd like to be different.
Questions people ask
How do I know if I need therapy?
If something feels heavy, stuck, or harder than it used to, that is reason enough. You don't need a diagnosis or a crisis to ask for support.
How long does therapy take?
It depends on your goals and what you are working through. We check in regularly on how it's going, and you decide how long to continue.
Can we work on more than one thing at a time?
Yes. Anxiety, grief, and relationship stress often overlap, and we can address them together.
